Our toxicological evaluation laboratory is built based on the new concepts and new methods of toxicology in the 21st century. We study drugs and dietary supplements’ health hazards in terms of metabolic transformation, toxicity pathway, biomarkers, and toxicity mechanism at different levels, such as cell, animal, and human population. We combine widely accepted international guidelines and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) with toxicology transformation methods, and we conduct systematic safety evaluation on the potential health hazards of drugs and dietary supplements and their action mechanisms. We strive to achieve the critical shift from “passive response” to “active protection”.

In strict accordance with the GLP requirements, we establish and manage our laboratory animal center, cell and bacterial culture platform, animal-specific blood bank, urine and biochemical testing system, standardized pathology laboratory, professional pathology team. We can conduct drug, food, dietary supplements’ toxicological evaluation, and we can also perform pathomorphology research, evaluation, and consulting services in animal testing, classical pathology (routine and special staining), molecular pathology, and ultrastructural pathology.
